Service Advisor / Workshop Supervisor - Mekonomen Autohuolto Hiironen - Oulu, Finland

We are looking for a skilled service advisor/workshop supervisor for a permanent position in our growing team. Your main responsibilities as a service advisor include ensuring excellent customer experience and coordinating smoothly between work management and mechanics. Tasks involve customer service at the reception, via phone, and electronic channels. You will lead the daily operations of the workshop as the closest supervisor to the mechanics, including preparing repair plans and cost estimates. You will also handle parts logistics. Proficiency in Finnish is required; knowledge of English is an advantage. Familiarity with the Autofutur system is also considered an asset.
