We are seeking a community living nurse for Pähkinärinteen and Raikukujan units in Vantaa, Finland, from June 30, 2026, to April 30, 2027. The role involves providing personal care and implementing care plans for residents in a communal setting designed for elderly and disabled individuals. The unit emphasizes community, humor, and a person-centered approach, with shared shift planning, training, and mentorship. The nurse will act as a responsible caregiver, working with a team including nurses, assistant nurses, and support staff, using the Apotti system, with additional skills in RAI and medication licenses preferred. The work is based in units with 62 and 27 apartments, respectively, located conveniently with free parking. The position requires Finnish language skills and compliance with health and safety regulations. The work is full-time, with shift work and a fixed-term contract. The salary is €2,616.72/month plus experience-based bonuses.
