We are looking for a Hesburger Service Supervisor responsible for the daily operations of Hesburger, supporting staff, and developing business as part of the ABC Tikkula management team. This is a full-time permanent position with rotating shifts in a 24-hour open unit. The start date is negotiable. The Hesburger Service Supervisor acts as the daily operations leader and supports staff in everyday situations. You ensure that Hesburger offers high-quality service, products are in order, and the work community is healthy. You will work closely with the store manager, kitchen service supervisor, shift managers, and other staff. Your responsibilities include: - Managing daily operations of Hesburger - Supporting shift managers and staff in daily situations - Inducting new employees and developing their skills - Ensuring service quality, cleanliness, and customer experience - Monitoring self-monitoring and food safety compliance - Tracking sales, waste, and work efficiency - Implementing campaigns and new operational practices - Identifying development ideas and implementing them together with the management team. We expect you to have previous experience and proven competence in supervisory roles, as well as experience in restaurant, fast food, or service business. The role requires the ability to lead people in an inspiring and fair manner. You have good interaction and collaboration skills, work proactively and solution-oriented. A natural desire to develop operations and help people succeed is important to you, and you can operate smoothly in changing situations, making decisions in daily work. Prior experience with the Hesburger concept is an advantage, but above all, we value motivation to lead, develop, and support others to succeed.
