Electrical Supervisor, Permanent Position - Worker Kuopio - Oulu, Finland

In this role, you will be responsible for electrical project management, especially in industrial and service environments, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new customers and projects. You will actively build your own work area and expand the market, not just maintain current operations. Your work will mainly focus on the Oulu area, but customer locations may be broader if you are willing to travel. This role offers the opportunity to grow into greater responsibilities in the future, leading larger projects and teams based on the projects you acquire. You are suitable for this role if you have experience in electrical project management, an engineering degree or equivalent technical background, experience in industrial electrical projects or service operations, a sales-oriented and proactive work approach, and a willingness to travel as needed. It is a plus if you also have experience in design and the ability to produce technical drawings and a broad understanding of the electrical field. We offer you a salary according to collective agreement or better, paid on time, ranging from 4000-6000 euros monthly depending on skills and experience.
