Fixed-term Multi-service Worker for Office Sites - ISS Palvelut Oy - Espoo, Finland

We are now looking for a MULTI-SERVICE WORKER for our client sites in MATINKYLÄ and KEILANIEMI, Espoo! The role is a multi-service position involving diverse tasks such as office maintenance and basic cleaning, café operations, cashier services, and lobby services. You will be at the forefront of customer service, creating a positive atmosphere and ensuring that customers and guests always receive the best possible service. The service team is responsible for the client and office services of the site, and you will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations by taking care of various practical tasks. The work is mobile, as the position involves working at our client sites in Matinkylä and Keilaniemi. We work as a team where everyone takes responsibility and supports one another. Our goal is to provide first-class service experiences daily and exceed customer expectations through efficient and high-quality operations. Your shifts are primarily on weekdays between 6:00 and 18:00. However, we hope for flexibility regarding working hours, as there may occasionally be evening shifts until 21:00. The position is full-time (37.5 h/week) and fixed-term until 31.12.2026. Work begins on 10.8.2026. ISS is the place for you! What we expect from you: previous experience in similar cleaning tasks for at least 3 years and experience in customer service tasks for at least 2 years. Relevant education for the position is considered an advantage. fluent skills in Finnish and English. a valid occupational safety card and a B-class driver's license. Access to a private car is considered an advantage. up-to-date IT skills. You use MS Office programs fluently. an independent and positive attitude toward tackling diverse tasks. an excellent service mindset and understanding of the obligations and requirements of representative-level service culture. interaction and cooperation skills as well as situational awareness, which help you identify customer needs and meet them always professionally and politely.
