Job Description
We are looking for a chemist at our Codolet site (near Avignon). Within our R&D department, this person will participate in the synthesis of various organic molecules and their conjugation to different ligands as building blocks for our HTRF, PhenoVue, and pH-Sense assays. The role requires laboratory skills in organic and analytical chemistry. Main tasks include synthesizing and purifying organic molecules, conjugating ligands, analyzing compounds with techniques like HPLC, mass spectrometry, and UV-VIS spectroscopy, applying safety and internal procedures, participating in laboratory functions, and communicating results effectively. The ideal candidate has a Bac +2/3 in organic chemistry with 1-2 years of laboratory experience in industry or academia, knowledge of laboratory instruments and software (e.g., Empower), proficiency in Office tools, and good English comprehension. They should be autonomous, team-oriented, organized, results-driven, and able to work under deadlines.
