We are looking for spotters for our client on a large data center construction site in Espoo. The work is long-term. As a spotter, your task is to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. You will monitor that different work phases are carried out safely according to instructions and ensure that necessary protective equipment/machinery are used correctly. Additionally, your duties include assisting with installation tasks and other construction helper tasks. The position offers a very diverse workload, with opportunities to learn new skills and develop your expertise. The work is responsible, requiring a careful and precise approach. We also hope applicants are flexible with working hours, as workdays may sometimes extend. We expect applicants to have: - Previous experience working on a construction site - Reliable and careful work attitude - Valid safety card - Proficiency in Finnish The work will start according to agreement during June, and there are long-term opportunities.
