Part-time Nursing Teacher - Vaasan kaupunki - Vaasa, Finland

The language of instruction is Swedish. The role involves teaching and guiding students, as well as participating in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching. Responsibilities include: - Teaching and guiding students in vocational nursing education - Supporting students' learning processes - Planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching - Collaborating with other teaching staff Teaching is approximately 8-14 hours per week, with the number of hours varying weekly. Qualifications are determined according to the decree on the qualifications of education personnel (986/1998). We require: - Suitable university of applied sciences degree, such as a nurse or health care nurse degree - Sufficient and diverse work experience in nursing - Fluent Swedish language skills as the language of instruction Preferred qualifications: - Pedagogical studies or readiness to complete them alongside work - Finnish language skills - Experience in teaching or guiding students - Good interaction and guidance skills - Digital skills and ability to utilize them in teaching - Solution-oriented and development-focused work attitude - Ability to work with different learners We offer benefits related to city services, a work bicycle benefit, and an e-pass for culture, sports, and well-being.
