Construction Site Engineer for Major Projects - Rekrytointipalvelu Sihti Oy - Kouvola, Finland

We are seeking a skilled and motivated construction site engineer to work, for example, at a data center site. You will be involved in a demanding and technologically interesting project that is building critical infrastructure for future needs. As an engineer, you will be responsible for the technical coordination of the construction site and ensure that the project progresses according to plans. You will work closely with project management, contractors, and designers. Your key responsibilities include: Technical supervision and coordination of the construction site; Ensuring the implementation of plans; Monitoring schedules and quality; Collaboration with various stakeholders; Documentation and reporting. We expect you to have: Relevant technical education (e.g., civil, electrical, or HVAC engineering); Experience in construction site tasks (experience with data centers or other demanding projects is an advantage); Good organizational and collaboration skills; Initiative and solution-oriented work attitude; Fluent Finnish and English language skills; Experience with international (Fidic) contracts is a significant advantage.
