Communications Intern - British Embassy Helsinki - Remote - Global

The British Embassy in Helsinki is part of a worldwide network, representing British political, economic, and consular interests overseas. We are now looking for a Communications Intern for a fixed-term position for 3 months. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, creative, and highly motivated individual to play a role in delivering the Embassy’s communications strategy and wider objectives. To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about communications, UK culture and values and be able to support the Embassy’s Communications and Public Diplomacy Team with social media and event coordination. You do not need expertise in every aspect of the role, what matters is that you bring energy, good humour, and some prior work experience in a relevant field. During your internship you will have the chance to be involved in a variety of high-profile events, while gaining hands-on experience in communications and public diplomacy work in a supportive, international environment.
