Sales Manager Helsinki / Tampere Would you like to help create memorable restaurant and event experiences and increase sales at top venues? We are now looking for an energetic and goal-oriented sales manager to be responsible for developing sales and growing customer relationships at several of our restaurants. The work covers the following restaurants: Ravintola Periscope (Tampere), Dining 26 (Tampere), Ravintola Penelope (Helsinki), and lunch restaurant Xàvier (Helsinki). As a sales manager, you will be responsible for developing sales and strengthening customer relationships at our restaurants. Your tasks include active new customer acquisition (businesses, groups, and events), planning and implementing sales strategies, maintaining and developing customer relationships, increasing event and group sales, working closely with restaurant operational teams, and monitoring and reporting sales targets. We expect you to have strong sales experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive and goal-oriented work approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
