Job Description
We are seeking a proactive development manager to join our team of food service professionals at Palmia. The role involves developing food services comprehensively, identifying industry trends, supporting experts, and leading or participating in development projects. The position includes managing a team of about 10 specialists within a team of approximately 450 food service professionals. The work is mobile, with regular visits to locations in Hämeenlinna and Helsinki. The role is full-time, permanent, and offers a monthly salary of 5000-5500 euros, based on experience and education. The role requires extensive experience in food services, project management skills, and leadership experience, especially in team management. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
