Senior Maintenance Manager, Caverion, Oulu - Academic Work

In this role, you combine team leadership and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for a small maintenance management team and your own designated areas, ensuring quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Work Tasks You will lead a partnership team, manage customer accounts, and be responsible for technical maintenance processes focusing on BESS and substation projects. You will work closely with approximately twenty renewable energy and electrical engineering experts at the control center and customer interface. - Leadership of the maintenance management team - Managing customer relationships and acting as the main contact person - Maintenance reporting and review of maintenance reports - Budgeting and financial monitoring of maintenance activities - Supervision of substation and internal network maintenance - Occasional visual inspections at sites - Ensuring proactive safety practices We are looking for - Technical educational background (e.g., electrical or mechanical engineering) - Experience in electrical network business or energy sector - Safety card for work safety - Fluent Finnish and strong English skills - Electrical safety and hot work permits - B driving license - Independent and proactive work approach We value if you have - Power BI skills - Experience in leadership or team management To succeed in this role, you are: - Proactive - Able to prioritize - Collaborative Recruitment Process Academic Work handles this application on behalf of the client, who prefers all questions related to the position to be directed to Academic Work.
