Store Manager for our Hyvinkää Store - Normal Finland Oy - Hyvinkää, Finland

We are now seeking a store manager for our Hyvinkää Normal store on a permanent basis! NORMAL is a young, dynamic company that has opened hundreds of stores across Europe over the past few years. Our growth in Finland continues. In Finland, we have opened over 90 stores, and expansion is ongoing. We offer our customers permanently low prices and thousands of "normal" products, with exciting new items added weekly across various product categories. Your responsibilities include being responsible for the store's success and customer experience, leading your team enthusiastically, and continuously developing the store. The work is diverse and fun! We expect you to have experience in store management and results responsibility, be curious and eager to learn, independent, attentive to details, customer-oriented, and able to work quickly under pressure. Fluency in Finnish and English is required. You will actively participate in developing NORMAL’s business concept.
