Social Worker, Special Social Services for Mental Health Rehabilitation - Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue

The position involves working as a long-term caseworker for clients with special support needs in housing services, including service needs assessment, client plan drafting, decision-making related to housing services, preventive social assistance decisions, and network work. The work is based on a recovery-oriented approach using the Apotti client information system. The work area covers Vantaa, Kerava, and Uusimaa, with a workplace near Tikkurila railway station. Remote work is possible according to organizational guidelines. Success requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, independence, customer-oriented attitude, decision-making ability, and documentation skills. Experience in mental health and substance abuse work, adult social work, and Apotti system familiarity are advantageous. The team includes social workers, social guidance staff, and a lead social worker, supported by regular meetings and supervision.
