Job Description

IFS is seeking an enterprise sales professional to lead business expansion in the Japanese market. This strategic sales role involves engaging with customer management challenges, leveraging IFS Cloud and Industrial AI to drive transformation. The position includes account planning, pipeline creation, deal progression, and closing large, complex projects. The successful candidate will work with global teams, have high autonomy and responsibility, and directly impact business growth. Responsibilities include preparing and executing industry-specific Go-To-Market strategies, maintaining territory plans, owning the entire sales process from demand creation to business acquisition, accelerating deal cycles with partners, achieving annual sales targets, building continuous pipeline, collaborating with sales leadership and global teams, maintaining CRM and account hygiene, and managing sales cadence and reporting. Requirements include a proven track record in software sales, entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, persistence, CRM knowledge, understanding of sales processes, consistent quota achievement, ability to build relationships in matrix organizations, and excellent communication skills in Japanese.
