Become a production worker (part change or painting/coating) at Koncentra Pistons Oy. You will work as part of a skilled team in the manufacturing of large engine pistons. Job tasks include part changing (machining), operating CNC machining centers, changing workpieces, monitoring machines, checking and replacing tools, and quality control. The role emphasizes attention to detail, managing production rhythm, and working efficiently in batch production stages. Surface treatment/paining involves surface pre-treatment, applying coatings, visual and measurement-based quality inspection. Products are large and heavy, requiring lifting equipment. We expect experience in industrial production or relevant education, a precise and responsible attitude, teamwork, initiative, and shift work readiness.
