Job Description
As a Customer Care employee at SATS, you are the first smile members meet when they enter the fitness center. You should be friendly, welcoming, and engaged, and love helping people start their journey towards a healthier lifestyle. You will work in a vibrant environment, helping members with their goals, offering memberships and products, and maintaining a clean and inviting fitness center. The role involves morning and weekend shifts, with 4-8 hours per week. Experience with sales or service, good communication skills, and flexibility are preferred.
