Job Description

We are now looking for a visionary and results-oriented Solution Sales Executive for our Data, Digital & AI unit to build impactful solutions and long-term partnerships with clients. Your daily work involves helping clients develop their business using our unit's solutions and enabling meaningful projects for our experts. You will also leverage Loihde's broader offerings, such as cloud, network, and cybersecurity expertise, to build strategic customer relationships and larger projects. You will be responsible for developing both new and existing customer accounts. In this role, you will join a 7-person sales team that values team spirit, new ideas, and motivation for both new customer acquisition and account development. Our team consists of experienced and straightforward professionals with whom collaboration is genuinely enjoyable. Your tasks include building and developing customer relationships, managing the full sales cycle from needs identification to contract closing, creating customer-specific solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the partnership. You should have experience in B2B solution sales and a proven track record in new customer acquisition. You understand customer business and can connect technological solutions to create value. You are goal-oriented, proactive, and systematic in your approach. You need strong experience in B2B solution sales, understanding of modern IT services, industry experience (e.g., finance sector), the ability to lead sales processes independently and result-driven, excellent communication and negotiation skills, interest in AI, and proficiency in Finnish and English. Preferred but not mandatory are experience in data, analytics, or AI sales, knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP), and experience with complex multi-stakeholder sales projects. The primary location is Helsinki city center, with travel readiness to meet clients across Finland. The salary consists of a fixed monthly salary (approx. €5000–€5500) plus performance-based bonuses and comprehensive employee benefits. The start date is flexible.
