Job Description
Apply as a sales representative in Ostrobothnia, Southwest Finland, or Satakunta. Are you an energetic and sales-oriented professional who wants to contribute to building a more sustainable and better-lit future? Our client is looking for new sales representatives operating through their own company, sole proprietorship, or as a light entrepreneur to support their growth objectives. The regions include broadly Ostrobothnia, South Ostrobothnia, possibly southern part of Northern Ostrobothnia, Southwest Finland, or Satakunta. We are now seeking experienced sales representatives for all these areas. The job requires active travel to customer sites within the region. Our client specializes in lighting solutions and renovations for businesses and the public sector. They implement modern LED lighting solutions that improve energy efficiency, workplace safety, and the comfort of work environments. They provide customers with sustainable solutions, significant cost savings, and appropriate lighting. Your role as a sales representative: * Responsible for new customer acquisition in your region and building long-term customer relationships. * Conduct lighting site surveys and assist customers in finding the best lighting solutions. * Prepare offers together with our expert team. * Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone with: * Several years of experience as a B2B sales representative through their own company or sole proprietorship. * Basic understanding of electrical technical matters and terminology. * Experience in selling or installing LED luminaires is a significant advantage, especially in the initial phase. * Ability to focus full-time on LED lighting sales or represent other products with clear synergies with LED renovation. * Good IT skills and tools necessary for mobile work. * Own car and ability to travel within the sales area according to customer schedules. * Active, independent, results-driven work attitude and passion for sales. Applicants must have at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in solution sales. English language skills should be at least moderate, as technical documents and training materials are often in English. An existing Y-tunnus (business ID) is mandatory at the latest at the contract signing stage.
