We are closely involved in daily production and development projects, working in close cooperation with professionals from different areas. Your tasks include being responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of electrical and automation systems on the pulp mill’s fiber line. You will act as a supervisor for the electrical and automation technicians, planning staffing, developing skills, and guiding daily work. You will ensure safety and safe working conditions for your team members. Your duties include planning, executing, and supervising preventive maintenance, procurement of spare parts and equipment, and participating in annual maintenance shutdown planning, development projects, and projects. You will also act as a substitute for electrical and automation project management as needed, emphasizing electrical system expertise and training. You have a suitable degree in engineering or a master's in automation technology. Previous work experience and leadership experience are advantageous but not mandatory. You have good stress tolerance, quick reaction skills, strong IT and organizational skills, good cooperation skills, and a proactive, positive attitude.
