We are seeking an engaged and results-oriented Site Manager to oversee our operations in Glomfjord, Nordland, Norway. The role involves overall responsibility for people, operations, and results, including daily management, personnel leadership, compliance, business development, and customer relations. Candidates should have higher education or relevant experience, leadership skills, financial understanding, and experience from industry or technical services. The role requires strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, and personal qualities such as leadership, structure, collaboration, and decision-making.
