Technical Property Maintenance Technician (Hotel), Helsinki - Are Oy - Helsinki, Finland

As a technical property maintenance technician, you will work at the customer interface handling maintenance, upkeep, repairs, and service tasks at hotel customer sites. Your duties include daily property maintenance, responding to service requests, monthly testing of technical systems, and active use of building automation. Working hours are weekdays from 7:00 to 16:00. We expect the following from applicants: professional qualification in property maintenance or equivalent skills, at least two years of experience, valid safety and fire safety certificates, B driving license, good communication and teamwork skills, customer service skills, and a clean background.
