Talent Consultant - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management and customer focus and responsiveness to remote client-facing activity. Talent Consultants are subject matter experts around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Develop and maintain knowledge of key client organizations, monitor industry changes, conduct interactions with clients, identify improvement opportunities, participate in role briefing, and contribute to sourcing strategy. Follow recruitment processes, create multi-channel sourcing strategies, build and extend client relationships, manage candidate expectations, and support data management and assessments. Must have at least 3 years of recruitment experience, industry expertise, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, and management, with a focus on client satisfaction and effective communication.
