Job Description
We are looking for a business-oriented district manager for Skellefteå / Umeå. The role involves managing sales in refrigerated, frozen, chilled, and dairy categories, maintaining and developing good business relations, creating and conducting development meetings with stores, and promoting campaign products outside regular shelves. Using store statistics, Nielsen Data, and POS data, the candidate will develop and optimize sales and profitability, execute category projects, and ensure distribution aligns with company goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, interested in food and beverages, engaged, humble, goal-oriented, communicative, structured, initiative-driven, and team-oriented.
