We seek a flexible and committed substitute who can help ensure smooth daily routines and a safe environment for children. As a substitute, you will join the group where the need is greatest, getting to know all children and working with the entire staff. We aim to be a place everyone wants to visit—children, parents, and staff. We plan activities based on the curriculum, with the child's interests at the center. Children are involved in planning and executing activities. We work to strengthen social skills through small group activities and the 'I and We' tool. We treat everyone equally and value strengths. Contract: AKTA collective agreement. The position is temporary, from 10.8.2026 to 31.7.2027. Qualifications: Qualification under the Act on Early Childhood Education (540/2018), suitable pedagogical or social/health care degree, excellent Swedish skills.
