Our team has an opening for a registered nurse who wants to do meaningful work in clients' homes! We are looking for a nurse for South Ostrobothnia region, across various locations. We support the functional capacity of clients living at home and enable independent living tailored to individual needs. Home care services assist clients with daily activities they cannot perform independently. As a nurse, you will be responsible, together with other nurses, a gerontologist, and a team leader, for the quality of home care, nursing, and health promotion for clients. You will act as a specialist in nursing and caregiving within your team and develop care practices together with a multidisciplinary team. You have a nursing degree, vaccination protection according to section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act, and current medication administration training (which can also be completed with us if needed). We value previous experience in similar roles, training/skills in kinesthetics or related education, and wound care training (5 credits). Please also tell us about any other professional skills you possess. You have a driving license and access to a car. We will reimburse travel expenses according to state travel regulations. We offer meaningful and varied work along with comprehensive orientation. We support skill development through regular training. At Onni, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and develop home care operations with your team. The work is primarily weekdays, but evening and weekend shifts may also be available if needed. We offer: Depending on your experience, a monthly salary of €2723.92–€2969.00 + possible shift bonuses.
