Full-time Kitchen Assistant - ISS Palvelut Oy - Vaasa, Finland

We are currently looking for a proactive KITCHEN ASSISTANT for our client site in VAASA! In this role, you will be part of our kitchen team. Your tasks include preparing salads, dishwashing, cleaning, as well as cashier work and customer service. If needed, you will participate in baking. Your shifts will mainly be on weekdays between 7:00 and 16:00. This is a full-time (average 112.5 hours/3 weeks) and permanent position. The work begins on August 19, 2026. The salary for this position will be at least according to the collective agreement for employees in Travel, Restaurant, and Leisure Services, salary group 1, depending on experience, ranging from €1903 to €2053/month, plus possible overtime pay based on actual hours worked. Additional personal pay may also be provided based on skills and specific site requirements. ISS is the place for you! Skills and enthusiasm for updating and maintaining social media channels are also a plus. Hygiene passport. Independent, precise, and proactive work attitude. Good sense of judgment and customer-oriented service approach, maintaining a positive attitude even in busy times. Fluent Finnish and good English skills. Swedish language skills are strongly preferred. Good physical condition, as there will be a lot of movement during the day. In key positions, the most skilled candidates are needed.
