Construction Site Engineer - Rakennusliike Lapti Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a skilled construction site engineer for versatile construction projects in Southwest Finland. Your work will start at daycare sites in Turku, with the possibility to continue in other interesting projects. As a site engineer, you will be responsible for tasks related to site management, such as scheduling, cost tracking, change management, and procurement preparation. You will also handle project invoicing and ensure quality system compliance. The role's specifics depend on your skills and the organization’s division of responsibilities. You will work as part of a team on-site, reporting to the site manager. Initially, your workplace will be at daycare sites in Turku, starting in September. We expect you to have previous experience as a site engineer, work proactively, plan thoroughly, and take responsibility responsibly. You should have relevant construction education (construction engineer, DI, or engineer), good reading skills for plans, and proficiency in common office software. Experience with BIM tools is a plus. We value experience in school or daycare construction, environmental certification management, development interest, and scheduling skills.
