You will work closely with functional specialists to develop creative business solutions for iconic brands. As part of our Digital Customer team, you will shape, design, and implement sales, service, and marketing experiences, capabilities, and architectures required to bring customer strategies to life. You will design, build, and implement Salesforce solutions to help our clients on their digital transformation journeys. Responsibilities include process analysis, user stories definition, solution design, Salesforce configuration, testing, project management, and client meetings.
