Customer Service Advisor for Purchase and Export Services at Hämeen Teollisuuspalvelu - Adecco Finland Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are currently seeking a customer service advisor for the purchase and export services team at Hämeen Teollisuuspalvelu in Hämeenlinna. As a customer service advisor, you will work in a versatile and dynamic role as part of Hämeen Teollisuuspalvelu's expert service team. The role combines customer service, order processing, purchasing, and export support tasks. Your days will involve collaboration with customers and suppliers, preparing offers, processing orders, and managing various export-related support processes. In your work, you will act as a point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The customer base mainly consists of industrial companies, providing you with the opportunity to work with a variety of products and services. No two days are the same, and this role is suitable for someone who enjoys diverse tasks and a fast-paced work environment. Your workstation is located in Hämeenlinna, and working hours are primarily weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. This is a full-time, permanent position directly with Hämeen Teollisuuspalvelu. After an onboarding period, partial remote work may be possible depending on the situation. We hope the selected candidate can start at the end of August or early September. Key responsibilities include processing orders, inquiries, and quotations, customer service, purchasing and communication with domestic and international suppliers and customers, export-related tasks such as supporting export and customs reporting, and maintaining system data.
