Job Description
The Legal Advisor is responsible for legislative projects and the development of legislative drafting within the unit. The role includes demanding legal tasks related to international treaties and agreements with authorities. Additionally, the role involves reporting obligations and human rights complaints related to UN and Council of Europe human rights treaties, as well as tasks related to fundamental and human rights, the European Union Court, and infringement issues. The Legal Advisor also oversees the legality supervision of the Crisis Management Centre. The position is intended to be filled by August 1, 2026, or according to agreement.
