Sr. Account Executive - Large Enterprise Business - Sweden - Salesforce - Remote - Global

Overview of the Role: As an Enterprise Account Executive at Salesforce in Sweden, you will work with strategic accounts across organisations with 1,500+ employees. Partnering with customers across the full Salesforce AI CRM and Agentforce platform, you will act as a trusted advisor — developing deep insight into complex enterprise business dynamics and helping shape customers' transformation agendas. You will be part of a high-performing Enterprise team with dedicated onboarding, coaching, and career development. Responsibilities include developing and managing senior stakeholder relationships, building and executing account strategies, identifying new opportunities, and performing structured account planning. Required qualifications include 5+ years of SaaS or software sales experience, ability to lead stakeholder teams, strong analytical and influencing skills, fluency in Swedish and English, and ability to work in a hybrid setup. Preferred qualifications include experience with Agentforce, AI-driven CRM, or multi-cloud Salesforce selling motions.
