Store Manager - Biltema - Porvoo, Finland

Are you a result-hungry sales expert who enjoys leading people and getting the team fired up? We are looking for an experienced retail professional as a Store Manager for Biltema's Porvoo store. As Store Manager, you are independently and result-responsibly responsible for the store's daily operations according to the Biltema concept. At the core of your task are customer satisfaction, sales growth and an excellent result. You build your own team by actively participating in recruitment and are responsible for the well-being of the staff, the development of expertise and an inspiring working atmosphere. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves, but act as an encouraging example also in the middle of sales and customer service. We expect from you: - Commercial education and/or solid experience in supervisory work. - Initiative, organizational skills and the ability to achieve results under pressure. - Excellent interaction and leadership skills. - Ability to take responsibility and work independently. - Positive "can-do" spirit and flexibility. - Readiness to work in all shifts of the department store, including morning, evening and weekend shifts. - In addition to Finnish, English and Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
