Home Care Assistant 15-17€/h - Bene Terveyspalvelut Oy

We are looking for qualified home care assistants or other social and health care professionals to work in home care services in the Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, and Kerava areas. Clients are mainly children and young people who need assistance or nursing services. Additionally, clients may include families with children receiving home care services. Please specify in your application which area you are willing to work in and whether you are applying for disability services or family home care. Some assignments require medication licenses, which can be obtained through us. Our mission is to ease and support families' daily lives. Your work focuses on the well-being of clients, helping families manage their daily routines. Your work supports parental resilience and reduces daily stress. We offer flexible work arrangements that can be tailored to your personal situation and families. A typical shift lasts approximately 4-9 hours per client. We hope you can commit to at least one client for a minimum of one month. Full-time work is also possible. If desired, you can work with multiple clients on the same day. Work mainly takes place in clients' homes and their immediate surroundings. We are looking for proactive professionals with good communication skills, experienced in working with disabled individuals, children, and families. We offer the best pay in the industry: - Hourly wage of 15-17 € + 9% holiday pay (16.35-18.53€/h) + evening and weekend bonuses according to collective agreement. In some cases, the pay is 18€/h + 9% holiday pay (19.62€/h). The salary depends on the required skills, language proficiency, and experience.
