Service Manager for the disability and elderly care unit Join us in building high-quality, customer-oriented services! We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee the operations of our disability and elderly care units in collaboration with the Service Director. In this role, you will influence meaningful work related to the smooth daily life of our clients, staff well-being, and service development. Your responsibilities As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for your unit: Managing and developing service operations, leading staff, recruitment, and ensuring work well-being, ensuring customer-oriented service and quality development, planning and monitoring finances and resources, collaborating with the well-being region, relatives, and other stakeholders. This role is a key link between operational daily work and strategic development. What we expect from you Appropriate higher education degree (e.g., social or health sciences), experience in supervisory work and service production management, understanding of disability and/or elderly care, good communication and collaboration skills, ability to lead change and develop operations purposefully, and overall management of finances and operations. Experience in the private service provider environment and collaboration with well-being regions is especially valued.
