Job Description

We are seeking an Equipment Sales Engineer for Trane to be responsible for the sale of equipment solutions in the HVAC / Data Center sector. The role involves actively developing new customer relationships, managing existing accounts, and growing business, especially in the commercial and industrial sectors (e.g., critical cooling solutions such as data centers). You will be responsible for the entire sales process from identifying sales opportunities to closing deals. Tasks include preparing proposals with expert teams, presenting solutions to customers, and negotiating. You will work closely with various organizational functions to ensure customers receive effective and competitive total solutions and a good customer experience. The role involves travel, approximately 60% within your area.
