Job Description
This position is part of the government's goal to hire 500 young people into new fixed-term service relationships as seasonal workers and higher education interns during 2026. The position is specifically intended for individuals aged 18–25 seeking their first employment with the state. The Financial Unit is responsible for the guidance of the Criminal Sanctions Agency's financial management, procurement, and financial planning, monitoring, and reporting. The Materials Team is responsible for, among other things, coordinating procurements, guiding contract management, and supporting the processing of expenditures across the organization. The duties of the Seasonal Worker/Higher Education Intern focus on the processing of expenditures. Tasks include financial management duties related to the processing of purchase invoices and payment traffic, as well as other assisting tasks for the Materials Team. The selected person will become familiar with state financial management processes and work in close cooperation with the experts of the Materials Team.
