Job Description
We offer construction professionals an exciting opportunity to transition into the infrastructure sector through a remote training program in collaboration with Oulu University of Applied Sciences. Participants will work on Destia's construction sites and complete a tailored study module including construction surveying, earthworks, bridge construction, and blasting. The initial employment is as a fixed-term worker from August 31, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with a salary of 3500–4500 euros depending on skills and experience. The training involves working on various sites across Finland, with a mix of on-site work and remote studies. Successful participants will be employed permanently after completing the training.
