Job Description
Support safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. Drive continuous improvement of production processes and equipment performance. Deliver engineering projects and manage operational impacts. Enhance product quality, productivity, and compliance with standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Provide technical expertise to optimise plant performance and reliability. Ensure safety compliance, build stakeholder relationships, develop procedures, troubleshoot issues, lead projects, and maintain documentation. Candidates need a tertiary engineering qualification, at least 3 years' manufacturing experience, PLC programming skills (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff), strong communication, decision-making, and safety knowledge. Only candidates with current Australian work rights considered.
