Maintenance Technician wanted! Hello, skilled technician! We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for Dava Foods Finland Oy's technical department in Oripää. The position is permanent. If you enjoy mobile work and diverse tasks, this could be just for you! What does the work involve? The work is mobile and performed at various customer sites in the regions of Southwest Finland and Satakunta. Your tasks include installation and repair of poultry equipment, mainly consisting of maintenance and repair visits. The working hours are 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling, allowing you to influence your work rhythm, considering the urgency of repairs. In this role, you might even save a poultry farm owner's day—and the chickens! What do we expect from you? - Previous maintenance experience and skills in industry – are you an experienced professional or just starting your career? For us, attitude and willingness to learn are most important! - Experience with agricultural installations is a plus – if you have installed equipment on a farm, that is definitely an advantage. - Mechanical skills are important, and electrical skills are considered an asset but are not mandatory. - Fluent Finnish and English language skills – communicate smoothly with both customers and team members. - Good interpersonal skills – get along with different people and know how to listen. - Flexibility – sometimes tasks are so important that they must be completed before the workday ends. - Independent work approach – able to work autonomously and solve problems independently. - A valid driver’s license is essential, and a C-license is an advantage. A company car is provided.
