We are looking for you to develop and strengthen our sales actively for electricity customers in the West Finland region at Onninen. Your task is to handle consultative service sales in the electrical sector mainly in the Pirkanmaa and Jyväskylä areas. You will be an active part of a professional team specialized in electrical customer service. The goal is for you to get to know the electrical customers in West Finland: network companies, network construction contractors, cities, municipalities, and public sector units, and to manage the competitive landscape of the field. You will work closely with leading suppliers in the electrical sector. You will build trust-based relationships at different levels within your customers' organizations and understand their business challenges, supporting their operations with professional and effective solutions. You will play an important role as a facilitator of success for your customers and your unit. The specific responsibilities and title of the role will be negotiated based on your skills and experience. If the initial position is Customer Responsibility Manager, our shared goal is to develop it towards a Sales Manager role, emphasizing broad skills, networks, and industry experience. Your primary work location will be Tampere at Onninen's Kalkku office. This is a permanent employment. The work is mobile, and there is also a possibility for remote work when the situation allows.
