Nurse, do you want to play a key role in planning and implementing rehabilitative care for clients? At Alhola Care Home, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in a versatile manner and influence the development of nursing care in our unit. Your tasks As a nurse, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitative care (RAI) for clients, as well as for developing the quality of care. You will act as a nursing expert and coordinator, guiding practical nurses, care assistants, and care workers. In your work, you will plan, implement, and evaluate medication administration in collaboration with a doctor and ensure the execution of care instructions within the unit. You will work closely in a multidisciplinary team, communicate with relatives and other partners, and monitor and assess the overall well-being of residents. Additionally, you will supervise students, orient new employees, and actively maintain your professional skills by acquiring new knowledge and developing your expertise.
