The Oiva Pälkäne project aims to develop new activities for working-age individuals outside the labor market to increase participation. The implementing organization is the Municipality of Pälkäne. The project involves the Pirkanmaa Well-being Services, Pälkäne Parish, and third-sector operators. The project's activities include group activities that enhance functionality, personal coaching, and providing support, assistance, and guidance. Additionally, the project focuses on developing community work and community social work, as well as community development based on clients' needs. You will work in the employment services team within the vitality services sector. The responsibilities of the Responsible Instructor include guiding groups, individual coaching, participating in development activities, and project management. Success in this role benefits from experience in social rehabilitation and employment promotion tasks; we require experience in project work and reporting. We value customer service, interaction, and collaboration skills. A proactive attitude towards development, good stress tolerance, the ability to operate constructively in challenging client situations, and the capacity for both independent and team work are appreciated. The minimum qualification requirement is a relevant higher education degree at the university of applied sciences level (AMK).
