Due to an increase in the number of properties, we are looking for an experienced accountant with skills in property accounting and financial statements to manage the financial administration of our client companies. In this role, you will: Handle accounting and financial statements for housing and real estate companies. Be responsible for accounts payable, loan management, and maintenance fee monitoring. Work closely with the finance and property management team. We expect from you: Good skills and experience in independent accounting. Knowledge of property sector accounting and financial statements is essential. Independent and meticulous work approach, with good stress tolerance. Good organizational and negotiation skills, teamwork ability, positive attitude towards work and colleagues. Our work community is positive and energetic.
