Recruitment Team Lead - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in the Aerospace industry that provides advanced technologies and systems for aircraft and aviation is looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to be based in Perai, Penang to work onsite (hybrid). As a Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the recruitment project deliverables. You will be responsible for building and extending relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery, by effectively driving delivery to agreed timescales, sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified candidates. A key objective of the role is to ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction is consistently maintained and achieved. Key Responsibilities include communicating effectively with the client, seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, managing project end-to-end, building trust with client stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, preparing project reviews, ensuring system updates, developing value-added reporting, and demonstrating leadership in a fast-moving environment. Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organisation is required. Prior experience in hiring for Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality roles is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, IT literacy, proven leadership, and sourcing methodology skills are essential. The role involves hybrid working with 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH.
