We are looking for a sales associate for the Tempur Brand Store in Hyvinkää shopping center Willan. TEMPUR is known for its scientifically proven mattresses and pillows made from materials that promote well-being, recognize body heat, and reduce pressure. We are the largest and most respected manufacturer in the industry. Suomen Tempur and Tempur Brand Stores specializing in sleep ergonomics are part of Tempur-Sealy International Inc. Our training and learning are continuous; even the onboarding includes training from a certified sleep ergonomics expert (value approx. €5000). We have the best expertise in the industry and continue to find new interesting information to apply in practice. Our starting salary is based on the Retail Sector Collective Agreement. Flexible and independent attitude, and a willingness to learn about sleep, sleep ergonomics, ethical customer service, and the guiding role of an expert salesperson. We are not looking for already experienced salespeople, but good people who can provide the best service — we truly care and look after our customers. The work involves a broad range of tasks, including sales and customer service duties such as maintaining the store, organization, cleanliness, and packing, unpacking, and assembling sample beds. Sales tasks include all sales and customer service activities related to the sales concept, cash register work, online store tasks, chat and contact work, and participation in marketing if desired. The employment is permanent, and the average working hours are 30 hours/week. Working hours are based on the store's opening hours.
