Floor Supervisor - New Yorker Finland Oy - Hämeenlinna, Finland

We are looking for a Floor Supervisor for our New Yorker store in Hämeenlinna. The main responsibilities include training with store management, shared responsibility for sales, revenue, and inventory, and managing daily store operations in the absence of a supervisor. The role involves assisting management with sales management tasks, supporting development, training, and motivation, and collaborating with other departments. Requirements include secondary education, preferably higher education in management, economics, or fashion, at least one year of retail experience, good sales skills, leadership ability, good communication skills, self-reliance, team orientation, flexibility, stress tolerance, fashion awareness, and proficiency in Finnish and English, with German as an advantage. The position is full-time, permanent, starting on 10.8.2026 or as agreed.
