Based in Oulu, NJC has been providing flexible and reliable personnel and construction site services for 30 years. We employ around 1,000 construction and industrial professionals annually at hundreds of sites and dozens of factories, each of whom is an important part of NJC's story. Our offices are currently located in Rovaniemi, Tornio, Oulu, Raahe, Ylivieska, Seinäjoki, Tampere, and Helsinki. Our growth continues, and we are opening a new office in Turku to strengthen our expansion. We are now looking for a REGIONAL MANAGER. You will be responsible for the business operations, personnel, and profitability of the Helsinki, Tampere, and the new Turku office opening in autumn 2026. The role requires regular travel between offices, but your workplace can be located at any of your responsible offices. You will lead your regional staff and ensure smooth daily operations at the offices. You will actively participate in acquiring new customers and developing key accounts, as well as support your teams in sales and recruitment. You have solid experience in the personnel sector, with strong knowledge of the construction and/or industrial sectors. You will be supported by a team of top professionals with careers in the personnel industry.
