Licensed Practical Nurse for Care Team - ONNI

Our team has an opening for a licensed practical nurse who wants to do meaningful work in a client's home! As a caregiver, you are an integral part of the client's daily routine, enabling them to enjoy a personalized and safe everyday life. As a licensed practical nurse, you will work closely with the team and supervisor, ensuring professional, high-quality, and individualized care for the client. This team focuses on one client at a time, making the work calm, unhurried, and genuinely client-centered. You have a licensed practical nurse qualification and vaccination protection according to section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act. Medication administration studies may already be completed or you can complete them with us while working. Work takes place in the client's home, so experience with home-based services is an advantage. We value versatile healthcare skills, but above all, we are looking for a reliable and committed team member who genuinely cares about the client's well-being. Success in this role requires fluent Finnish language skills. You have some experience in healthcare and wish to further develop your skills. Experience working in a care team or with ALS clients is an advantage, but we primarily value motivation, willingness to learn, and commitment to high-quality, individualized care. In our team, you are not alone: you will receive thorough onboarding and training in care practices to work confidently and securely. The onboarding is tailored to your skills and background. Your daily support comes from the client, the team supervisor, and a warm, competent, and genuinely supportive team. We offer: Depending on your years of experience, €14.82-€16.03/hour + shift allowances. If you choose an hourly contract, we pay for your hours twice a month (on the 13th and 28th).
